fabulous album, the heart break of a track that’s waco, texas, i was speechless listening to that song. this album really stamped ethel for me with the title of my favorite artist. outstanding work of art.

the way in which ethel cain is able to create a narrative so cinematic through her music will always baffle me. the overall use of musical concepts and lyricism in order to immerse the audience into such a world is so beautiful, and her vocals are just so powerful and raw. if you’re going through anything i recommend you listen to this. truly a masterpiece
