Che really surprised us with a new sound in this short project. The snippet of “Million Dollar Mansion” had the entire underground scene send out mixed emotions. Some thought it was great and other not so much. I was apart of the group that didn’t favor this new voice of his. I think Che is extremely versatile as an artists and can do many things and he is someone who shows progression in their sound perfectly but this isn’t it. I feel that he moved to quickly off of his Sayso Says era and is throwing out something too heavy for his archetype. Some of this just didn’t sound right and just had me sitting there listening. Honestly i think this EP was some bullshit besides the first two. That is me being nice. He is still very talented and showed that he can make it work but i just don’t think this is his route. This EP was alright.
