I’ve enjoyed his music maybe not the fullest extent but i’ve dabbled. This album was a nice listen that i enjoyed on my roadtrip back from Houston. He reminded me of lil peep incorporating a tiny bit of the hyper pop sound and i loved it. His aesthetic is great and has the typical loyal fan base. Don’t have much to say but i liked it. This was a decent album.

The come up, the peak, and the comedown complete the trilogy of smokedope’s last 3 albums, and the comedown is his best work yet. The comedown is the best cloud rap can be, the atmosphere of the album is coherent throughout and the emotion smokedope features in his lyrics this album hit home. This is one of the best “ rap “ albums of the year, though I’d argue it doesn’t fit into that label.
