LISTENED: 5/12/2026 As this album closes off a trilogy, the narrative has a pretty solid expression, but the thing I can’t stand on this album is sacrificing the effort and pleasure for the listening experience for the benefit of the narrative. Even while I don’t enjoy the overly graphic nature of the lyrics, as well as the partially strange themes of immaturity, my problem comes mainly with how every lyric either has to be a deep contribution to the story/personalities, or complete nonsense, both sonically and lyrically. The actually expressive songs on this album are way too scarce to help it, and I actually don’t think most of these songs sound good at all.
