Sremm 4 Life
“Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi keep the good vibes going on their fourth album”
SremmLife
“Rae Sremmurd are party starters first and foremost. Their 2015 debut, SremmLife, burned bright with blockbuster singles like “No Flex Zone,” “This Could Be Us,” and “No Type,” still club staples to this day thanks to the Tupelo, Mississippi, brothers’ exuberant charisma and Mike WiLL Made-It’s slick production. They were ahead of the curve, too, on viral challenges like “Black Beatles.” It’s been”
SremmLife
“The debut album from Atlanta-via-Tupelo brother act Rae Sremmurd floats with a singular and sinister energy. Featuring guests like Big Sean, Young Thug, and Nicki Minaj and exceptional production from Mike WiLL, Sonny Digital, and others, SremmLife never sags, packing hooks into every pocket and half-beat.”
SremmLife 2
“SremmLife 2, the follow-up to the turbocharged rap duo's joyous debut SremmLife, is stranger, artsier, and flat-out ballsier than its predecessor.”
SremmLife 2
“Rae Sremmurd are having a party, whether you're coming or not”
Sremm 4 Life
“The rap radio pleasure-seekers grow up, exploring new sounds and real-world themes. It’s sometimes formulaic, but maturity looks good on them.”
SremmLife
“A lot of the album is definitely a product of its time but the amount of hits on the track list is crazy. Again this album takes you back to the vine era and the nostalgia instantly hits you when you hear some of the songs. Rap wise it’s not complex at all but the delivery from Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi and the production really make the album what it is. Top songs for me are ‘No Flex Zone’ ‘This Could Be Us’ ‘Come Get Her’ ‘Throw Sum Mo’ ft Nicki Minaj & Young Thug ‘No Type’”
SremmLife 2
“I feel this album doesn’t hit the same as the first ‘SremmLife’ however it still has massive hits on it, mainly the 2016 megahit ‘Black Beatles’ featuring Gucci Mane, which was easily the biggest song in the world. Other than the few bigger songs on the album I think that this is a less hyped version of the previous album and fails to deliver as a whole. Top songs ‘Black Beatles’ ft Gucci Mane ‘Swang’”
