ASTROWORLD
“Travis Scott’s third solo studio album arrives mired in controversy. Its artwork, which depicts the A-list rapper as an enormous, golden statue that breathes fire, was shot by noted photographer David LaChapelle and originally featured trans model Amanda Lepore. She’s been removed from the final version, prompting an outcry from social media. Scott has yet to comment, so his motives remain unclear”
ASTROWORLD
“Astroworld is Travis Scott's strongest studio album to date”
Rodeo
“Travis Scott's ambition and songwriting translates artfully on his latest commercial effort.”

ASTROWORLD
“Travis Scott’s third album is inarguably his strongest to date. His skill as a curator helps sculpt a sticky, humid, psychedelic world with dazzling production and odd pleasures at every turn.”
DAYS BEFORE RODEO
“The 10th anniversary edition of Days Before Rodeo, Travis Scott’s breakout mixtape, is a time capsule of the rapper’s chameleonic production prowess and budding curatorial skill.”
UTOPIA
“Listen, I’m not complaining, I really like this project. I think it’s great. But. I feel like Travis raps in a loop with nothing interesting to say. I feel like that’s what holds this project from the glory it could’ve been (a Grammy.) I totally still think though that this deserved a Grammy, the production and features on this project are amazing. The whole album has an amazing loud and powerful sound with great delivery… sometimes. Travis Scott can tend to just be too nonchalant on the tracks when the bass booming while he acts like it’s not a hype part of the song. That’s what I feel like keeps this from a high 8. Because that flaw is very, very repetitive. Also to mention, a good quarter of the project is made by Ye but yet he doesn’t even have a feature or not even that much production credit, to a point to where it feels like Travis just ripped a bunch of songs that sounded like Yeezus without notice. Besides that it’s a great project, but it could’ve literally been amazing, yet it was held back by Travis Scott not really pushing the boundaries of his rap and original sound as a producer.”

“Such a good album from Travis, it’s between this and ‘Rodeo’ for his number one album. Production on this album is amazing with Travis’ vocals and auto tuning coming off amazing over the spacey, futuristic beats. The whole experience with this album is great and the album lived up to the hype too. The top songs off the track list are ‘STARGAZING’ ‘CAROUSEL’ ‘SICKO MODE’ ‘R.I.P. SCREW’ ‘NO BYSTANDERS’ ‘SKELETONS’ ‘WAKE UP’ ‘BUTTERFLY EFFECT’ ‘ASTROTHUNDER’ ‘COFFEE BEAN’”
Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight
“I don’t get why this album gets as much hate as it does. Travis delivers with banger after banger although the low point of the album are easily skippable. Production like always with Travis is very good and the star studded feature list really help the album too. Top Songs “way back” “through the late night” ft Kid Cudi “beibs in the trap” ft Nav “sdp interlude” “goosebumps” ft Kendrick Lamar “pick up the phone” ft Quavo & Young Thug “wonderful” ft The Weeknd”
Rodeo
“Possibly Travis’s best album. Track list filled with hit after hit. Amazing production and features all contribute well to the overall album. Some of Travis’s best songs, writing and performances in here too. Tops songs are “90210” ft Kacy Hill “Antidote” “Pray 4 Love” ft The Weeknd “Nightcrawler” ft Swae Lee & Chief Keef “3500” ft Future & 2 Chainz “Maria I’m Drunk” ft Justin Bieber & Young Thug “Apple Pie” “Oh My Dis Side” ft Quavo”
DAYS BEFORE RODEO
“‘DAYS BEFORE RODEO’ has a completely different sound to ‘Rodeo’. This project has a more grungy and rock inspired sound to it, compared to ‘Rodeo’s pure trap sound. For the most part this album sounds really good and the features work really well too. Top songs are ‘Mamacita’ ft Rich Homie Quan & Young Thug ‘Drugs You Should Try It’ ‘Don’t Play’ ft The 1975 & Big Sean ‘Skyfall’ ft Young Thug ‘Backyard’”
UTOPIA
“Really solid album from Travis with a lot of bangers. I feel it’s quite heavily inspired by Kanyes ‘MBDTF’ with a good few of the tracks using similar production and Travis going down a more experimental route with the album. Only reason the albums not higher rated is that there’s quite a good few misses on the track list, but still another really good album in Travis’s discography. Top songs are “HYAENA” “MODERN JAM” “MY EYES” “I KNOW?” “CIRCUS MAXIMUS” ft Swae Lee & The Weeknd “TELEKINESIS” ft Future & SZA “MELTDOWN” ft Drake”
UTOPIA
“LISTENED: 07/28/2023 My favorite Travis Scott album, I don’t wanna hear about no “Rodeo”. This album’s soundscape and its ability to build a dark, experimental, trappy sound is so unbelievably good, from the samples to the features to the unmatched production. The rough-sounding instrumentals puts me in a place where I feel like i’m exploring the sound rather than just listening. Travis feels like he has found his perfect sound and world to explore on this album.”
ASTROWORLD
“The third studio album by Travis Scott admittedly took a bit to fully grasp my attention, but with a few times of hearing it back it’s definitely grown on me. I think the tracks for the most part have a pretty overall great sound and features on this truly shines, as not the biggest fan of Drake I think he delivers a pretty solid performance on Sicko Mode. Now their tracks definitely can feel a bit bloated at times.”
