The W
“Taught y’all Niggas how to rap/Reimburse me," chastises Ghostface Killah on the Wu-Tang Clan’s third group effort, the dizzying W. He has a right to be cocky: The W completes a comeback that began when Ghost dropped his second solo effort, Supreme Clientele, at the top of this year. “**💭 Thoughts:** The debut album by Wu-Tang Clan, *Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)*, is one of the most important hip-hop albums ever made, redefining the genre. All of the MCs on this record fully deliver—whether it be through their flows or lyricism. My only real criticism is that a few of the production choices within a couple of the songs feel slightly obnoxious to me, but they’re a minor issue on an otherwise incredible album, as the rapping is consistently exceptional on every track. **🎶 Tracklist Review** 1.) Shame On a Nuh 🔵 2.) Clan In Da Front 🟡 3.) Can It Be All So Simple 🟣 4.) Method Man 🟢 5.) Da Mystery of Chessboxin’ 🟡 6.) Wu-Tang Clan Ain’t Nuthing Ta F’ Wit 🟣 7.) C.R.E.A.M. 🟣 8.) Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)
