Punk
“a flawless stylistic about-turn from a truly modern great”
JEFFERY
“The rap iconoclast returns with his best album since Barter 6, daring and chameleonic, filled with hooks about identity, love, and that undefinable future swag.”
So Much Fun
“Featuring several of his acolytes, So Much Fun remains a triumphant showcase for the iconoclastic Young Thug and one of his best albums to date.”
Barter 6
“Far from a public idol-killing, or zany sideshow, Barter 6 is composed, patient, even subtle—an album neither fans nor detractors saw coming. It argues that Young Thug's greatest asset all along was his uncanny and singular way of piecing a song together.”
So Much Fun
“After being a staple in the rap scene for eight years now, Young Thug has finally offered up his debut studio album ‘So Much Fun’. Known for his unique squeal and incomprehensible delivery, Thug’s evolution from his three-part mixtape series ‘I Came From Nothing’ to now is clear to see on an album that provides a little light for the dark times. On the 19-track record, Thug shows us what he’s lea”
BEAUTIFUL THUGGER GIRLS
“Everything about Young Thug remains inimitable. He steeps himself in smooth R&B guitars on his latest, distilling the chaos of young love and lust into vital, undeniable pop.”
So Much Fun
“So much fun listening to this album. Thugs first official album is a great listen and a lot more well put together than a lot of his previous mixtapes. First half of the album is really great but falls off massively in the second half. Top songs are ‘Hot’ ft Gunna ‘Surf’ ft Gunna ‘Bad Bad Bad’ ft Lil Baby ‘What’s The Move’ ft Lil Uzi Vert ‘The London’ ft J.Cole & Travis Scott”
JEFFERY
“Decent mixtape but not as good as everyone makes it out to be. A lot of the tracks are really messy and some even a bit lazy sounding. However when the songs hit they hit hard. Top songs for me are ‘Wyclef Jean’ ‘Guwop’ ft Quavo, Offset & Young Scooter ‘Pick Up The Phone’ ft Quavo & Travis Scott ‘Mayweather’ ft Travis Scott, Gucci Mane & Gunna”
Slime Season 3
“Prime thugga right here. ‘Slime Season 3’ is short and sweet with only 8 tracks and a run time of 28 minutes which are used so well. The swagger and confidence from Thug on this tape is crazy and the production from London on da Track works perfect. Top songs are ‘With Them’ ‘Memo’ ‘Digits’”
Barter 6
“Definitely a bit inconsistent but it’s my fav proj of his I think. Shoutout to check, with that, and numbers”
So Much Fun
“Some crazy tracks but too inconsistent. Tha tour is his best.”
So Much Fun
“Classic Trap album, title speaks for itself”
