Geese (2025)
“Getting Killed by Geese is one of those albums that sneaks up on you but in the best, weirdest way possible. It balances chaotic energy with surprisingly thoughtful songwriting, like the musical equivalent of running from a flock of birds but realizing halfway through that the chase kinda rules. The production is sharp, playful, and intentionally unhinged at times, but it never loses its melodic core. The hooks stick, the lyrics have personality for days, and the pacing keeps you locked in from track to track. Not every experiment lands perfectly, but the charm and confidence behind the chaos more than make up for it. It’s quirky, bold, and way more cohesive than a title like Getting Killed by Geese would ever suggest. A fun, creative record that deserves its four stars.”
