Barely legal singer/actress/model Sky Ferreira's full-length debut isn't due until this summer, but the 18-year-old Cali hottie has a ton of buzz: Both she and her song "Sex Rules" have appeared in a Calvin Klein ad campaign, and there's already a tumblr devoted to her (called "Fucky Yeah Sky Ferreira," natch). This EP suggests the heat isn't just hot air. Her Auto-Tune-free voice has a natural, sexy swagger that suits the Eighties-throwback disco grooves Greg Kurstin and Bloodshy & Avant worked up for As If! In an incredibly fun 17 minutes, Ferreira espouses the awesomeness of sex ("Sex Rules"), bitches about Internet trolls ("Haters Anonymous") and chides a crybaby ex ("99 Tears") over synths that sound downright vintage next to the laser beams on the new Britney Spears album.
