Zhala Rifat is the only act signed to Robyn's Konichiwa Records apart from Robyn herself. On her debut LP, she pulls generously from her Scandinavian pop and electronic forebears while forging a distinct kitchen-sink vision. If she is Sweden's next big pop export, she's surely one of the most idiosyncratic.
