Red (Taylor’s Version) is an emotional rollercoaster—in the best way. Taylor brings new life to this already iconic album, and hearing her matured vocals on these songs is honestly everything. The heartbreak hits harder (“All Too Well” still ruins us), the joy feels brighter, and the lyrics somehow feel even more powerful the second time around. The vault tracks are a total gift—“Nothing New” and “Better Man” especially feel like long-lost treasures. And of course, the 10-minute version of All Too Well? Legendary. A cultural reset. A masterpiece. The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that a few re-recorded tracks don’t quite hit the same nostalgic punch as the originals—but that’s expected. Overall, this version is a beautiful reclaiming of her work, and it’s an emotional, powerful journey that every Swiftie should take (again and again).
