Get Hurt is completely different than anything the Gaslight Anthem has ever done, a record that comes after frontman Brian Fallon's divorce, as well as a retreat from both substances and social media. With every bungled attempt at pop, metal, or pop-metal that the Gaslight Anthem make, Get Hurt just rewrites its own worst case scenario.
