I feel like i got a pick out of each previous album he’s released and combined it with his new sound and it was great for me personally. This wasn’t his best work but it’s not what i’d call bad at all. Some of them moved me more than others but i enjoyed the quality. Xavier has always been one of my favorites and i just love his positivity along with his love for music. He has been seen supporting his friends in his collective “1c34” and i love to see it. Xav, ksuuvi, backend, ss3bby, and Dj Rennessy have all been on Xavier’s “Riverside” Tour bumping the bass all over the united states with their second leg of this tour. This was highly anticipated and i can’t wait to see what else he has in store for us. This was a decent album.”

Xavier only sometimes plays to his strengths on his self-titled album.

the polarising New York tastemaker is still brilliantly chaotic

Just not impressed. Xavier definitely had a nice approach, was a great debut album, but I just didn’t like it as much as I was supposed to.

The New York rapper’s debut is a cult rap record with big ambition. Cool, chaotic, and hyper-curious, Xav blows up his sound without losing his style.
