For their third album, Ra Ra Riot enlisted producer Dennis Herring (Modest Mouse, Elvis Costello) and incorporated more keyboards and synthesizers to help them move away from the bittersweet violin and cello they felt had come to pigeonhole them since their first release in 2006.
