Burial's second album 'Untrue' is beyond a masterpiece, it is a musical summary of pure emotion and reflection that feels so personal, like upon listening to it, light becomes touchable, the air becomes so cold it feels warm, and that is all through Burial's insane way of music production that is truly one of a kind. I have never listened to an album this many times without skipping a song, which really speaks volumes because to have 13, basically 12 if you don't count the intro (Untitled), tracks and not have any that lack compared to the others is very rare for albums, specifically in the electronic music scene, that of which I'm very, very familiar with. Burial is the kind of artist that you only stumble on at the most desperate times, like a musical first aid kit that is in the middle of a long, dark hallway. Tracks like 'Endorphin' and 'Homeless' just do something to me that can't be put into words, however what I can say is that they perfectly capture a late night walk in the UK as the golden street lights flash past you slowly, one by one, as the damp air and rain trickle on your clothes and skin, that's my physical experience with this album, something that I think a lot of people would be able to relate to. Now, the spiritual and deeper experience would be something you're going to have to find out for yourself, because it's so complicated that putting it into a simple summary, review, or even just any words themselves wouldn't do it justice. Top 3 Standouts: • Endorphin • Homeless • Archangel Worst Track (not necessarily terrible): • Shell of Light
