don’t smile at me is a stunning intro to Billie Eilish’s unique sound. Dark, dreamy, and emotionally honest, it shows her talent even at just 15. Tracks like “bellyache,” “watch,” and “idontwannabeyouanymore” are standout highlights that still hold up. Not every song hits equally hard, but the rawness is part of its charm. A strong, memorable debut that hinted at the star Billie was about to become.
