I believe that the experimentation on this album is just what people are not used to from Tame Impala, and when comparing it to his other albums, obviously this is the worst album, however I believe this album doesn’t get enough credit.

LISTENED: 10/17/2025 While there is a few quality songs (few being 3), listening to this album on release and seeing the roll-out in real time felt like a prank when the actual album dropped. Having the only few good songs on your new album be used as the singles for the roll-out is actually hilarious. Some (aka most) of these songs sound like demos, and I barely made it out of that 8-minute song alive.
