Slayyyter (2026)
“wor$t girl in america… the singles ATE i’m sorry like CRANK??? it’s sooo good but why did she drop SO many singles 😭 like babe six out of fourteen?? and they’re all at the front too so by the time you get to the second half it’s like… okay the album is still good like i did enjoy it, and there are songs i like later on like BRITTANY MURPHY and WHAT IS IT LIKE, TO BE LIKED, but it just doesn’t hit the same as the singles idk i just wish she spaced them out more or kept some of them for the album, there’s no mystery when we already heard half of it overall pretty good tho it’s gonna go sooooo hard live”

fabulous record by slayyyter. the production is out of the world. the only thing holding me back from a full 10 is there’s two tracks i’m not fully immersed in, old flings and i’m actually kinda famous but as a whole this is great.

On her third album, the Missouri pop singer emerges fully-formed: distinguished, and disgusting. It’s a massive level-up from her previous work, which failed to set itself apart from other head-empty, hyperpop-adjacent tunes of its time.
