The heartbreak hits harder (“All Too Well” still ruins us), the joy feels brighter, and the lyrics somehow feel even more powerful the second time around. The vault tracks are a total gift—“Nothing New” and “Better Man” especially feel like long-lost treasures. And of course, the 10-minute version of All Too Well? Legendary. A cultural reset. A masterpiece. The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that a few re-recorded tracks don’t quite hit the same nostalgic punch as the originals—but that’s expected. Overall, this version is a beautiful reclaiming of her work, and it’s an emotional, powerful journey that every Swiftie should take (again and again).”
