“Aged like Wine”

“I have always liked rare but it’s every few months I find myself coming back to this album and falling into a deep obsession with how unique it was. I no longer like it, it’s full on love. This album has always been a conversation about how it felt underwhelming at the time. I personally think this album has always deserved better because every song to me is a banger. People you know is a certified classic and masterclass in writing from the relatable concept of simply moving on. Kinda crazy to me has been the biggest grower in the 6 years since this album came out and to me sounds the most modern of the songs in this album as of right now, I deeply love it now (and I used to rate it at the bottom of the album too). Rare is a classic to me, but I find that it’s a rare opinion; if you haven’t given this album a try since 2020, I recommend giving it a second chance like I did. You might find a few songs that you didn’t like before that now sounds like they came out today. Top 3: Lose you to love me, Kinda Crazy, Souvenir (deluxe) Honorable mention: Vulnerable”
